Login Problems

Why do I get a "wrong username or password" message sometimes?
I forgot my password. Can I retrieve it somehow?"
What do I do if I forget the SOCS Champion password, or any other password?

 


Why do I get a "wrong username or password" message sometimes? I know I entered it correctly.

The username and password are both case-sensitive. If your username is "bob" and you enter "Bob", it will be invalid.

The most common culprit is the CAPS LOCK key being pressed.

I forgot my password. Can I retrieve is somehow?

On the Sign In page you can select the "Forgot your password" link.  The link will allow you to email the password to you.  You will need to have access to the email account so you can retrieve the Verification Code.  Once you enter the Verification Code you will be able to select a new password.

You can also contact the SOCS Champion of your site to have them create a new password for you.

What do I do if I forget my SOCS Champion password, or any other password?

If you forget the password to login as a champion, you can contact another champion on your site and have them reset your password.

If you are the only champion, or need a password reset for another tool, contact Client Support and we can change the password for you.
